What Matters Most ("WMM", "we", "us") is a private place to record your own decisions and reflections, so that over time you can see how you think. WMM is operated by James Roller, trading as What Matters Most Intelligence (ABN 60 140 841 933).

It is not advice. It does not score you, rank you, predict outcomes, or tell you what to do. It keeps a faithful record of your own words and gives them back to you.

A few things we ask of you in return: keep your entries about your own thinking; don't record information that belongs to someone else, such as your employer, colleagues or clients, including names, confidential details, or anything you are obliged to protect; and treat what you write as a personal reflection, not a formal or business record.

By creating an account or using WMM, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.

1. Who can use WMM. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. The app is for individual, personal use.
2. What WMM is, and what it is not. WMM is a private archive for decisions and reflections. It is not advice of any kind (professional, legal, financial, medical or career), not a decision engine or recommendation system, and not a system that scores, ranks or evaluates you. You are solely responsible for your own decisions.
3. Your responsibilities and acceptable use. You agree not to use WMM to store: confidential, proprietary or commercially sensitive information belonging to any employer, client or third party; intellectual property, trade secrets, or material covered by a confidentiality, employment or non-disclosure obligation; the personal information of other identifiable people; or anything unlawful. WMM does not permit or endorse storing this kind of material. If you choose to, you do so at your own risk and in breach of these terms. We do not read or monitor the content of your entries, so this boundary depends on you.
4. Subscription and billing. WMM is AUD $49.99 per month, billed monthly, for individual personal use. Active Brief subscribers receive access at no additional charge. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store under its terms. You can cancel any time in your App Store account settings; cancellation stops future billing at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store under its terms; this does not limit any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
5. Your content and our IP. Your entries are yours; we don't claim ownership. You grant us only the permission needed to store, secure and show your entries back to you. The app, design, software and brand belong to What Matters Most Intelligence.
6. No advice; no warranty. WMM is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, What Matters Most Intelligence is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss arising from your own decisions, content you chose to record, or your breach of these terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees you paid in the previous 3 months.
8. Suspension and termination. You can stop using WMM and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached.
9. Changes. We may update these terms as the app develops; material changes will be notified in the app, and continued use means acceptance.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, whose courts have jurisdiction.

We collect your account email and your entries. We do not collect crash or performance data: the app contains no crash reporting or analytics of any kind. If you have chosen to share diagnostics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may provide us with anonymised crash reports. We do not run advertising, behavioural tracking, or profiling analytics.

Your entries are stored securely on your behalf using our hosting provider, Supabase, which acts as our data processor. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), and is stored in Australia (Supabase's Sydney region).

We use your data only to provide the service and keep it secure. We do not read or monitor the content of your entries to evaluate or profile you. We never sell your data, and never share it for anyone else's purposes; the only third party involved is our hosting provider, storing data on our behalf under its own security obligations.

You can access your entries, correct your account details, and delete your data at any time (removed from active systems immediately and from backups within 30 days).
